Election Monitoring System

At every election, INEC defines the Election Day procedures, which are to be adhered to, by Election Officers and Voters, and observed and monitored by Party Agents, Candidates Agents and other Election Observers. Quite often these procedures are breached at the polling units and even at the collation centers and thereby creating room for election malpractices.

Our Election Monitoring System, developed by Hephzibah Integrated Technologies Ltd., systematically captures, reports and analyses the voting and collation procedures at the polling units and collation centers and checks for compliance with the procedures defined by INEC.

This system is principally a mobile application with an Administrator’s Interface and can serve as a tool for Candidates Agents, Party Agents, Election Observers and Monitors, and even INEC Election Polling Officers.
